   This is dependent on your acquirer but most of the larger Canadian Acquirers now offer extensive reporting capabilities for their merchants. These reports are available online through a login that is provided. And these reports can track and trace anything from a single transaction to a missing batch. When evaluating Acquirers, it is crucial that you get a sample of their reporting available. This will save you time and headache from sitting on hold, waiting for a customer service rep.
