I have been operating an online business for the past 2 years and have been using a virtual terminal for all my transactions. I’ve been recently offered the opportunity to open a small kiosk and will be using a POS terminal. I still intend to keep my online business but would like to sync both my virtual and POS. Is this a possibility or will I need to open a separate merchant account for the kiosk?

I often do trade shows in remote areas and encounter customers that would like to pay by credit card. The problem is, a lot of these areas have no Wi-Fi service and there are no phone jacks I can plug a terminal into. What would you recommend? I’d prefer to no have to use a manual imprinter.

I’ve recently set-up an online business with a virtual terminal. I like being able to process my customer’s orders online. But, feel that having to calculate tax and shipping into the purchase then keying the transaction into the terminal is a bit daunting. Is there a program or system that can do these calculations for me, so that all I have to do is key in the total amount?
